Artificial Intelligence Speed. Human Expert Precision.

Healthcare breaches take an average of 279 days to identify and contain using traditional methods. Small clinics are a massive target, with hackers demanding hundreds of thousands of dollars to unlock patient files. We eliminate this risk through our multi-layered approach:

  1. Layer 1

    The AI Sentinel

Our lightweight agent sits on your network and EMRs. If it detects ransomware or unauthorized access, it doesn’t just send a warning. It acts. It instantly isolates the machine and rolls back the malicious files.

  2. Layer 2

    Human Cybersecurity Judgment

Once the AI has stopped the bleeding, the event is immediately sent to our 24/7 Security Operations Center. A human expert reviews the neutralized threat, investigates the root cause, and adjusts your clinic’s global defenses to ensure it never happens again.

  3. Layer 3

    Automated Compliance

We automatically generate the reports you need to prove PHIPA, PIPEDA, or HIPAA compliance, safeguarding you from legal liability.

Common questions

What does the AI actually do when it finds ransomware?
It acts rather than alerting. The agent isolates the affected machine from the rest of the clinic network and rolls back the files the malware changed. The clinic is not asked to unplug anything or approve anything first.
Is a real person involved, or is it only automated?
Both, in that order. The AI stops the immediate threat, then the event goes to a 24/7 security operations centre where a human analyst reviews the neutralised threat, investigates the root cause and adjusts the clinic’s defences so the same thing cannot recur.
Will my staff be interrupted when something is detected?
No. The whole design goal is that the clinic never notices. Staff are not sent tickets, not asked to make security decisions, and not asked to stop seeing patients.
What compliance reporting is included?
Reports are generated automatically that a clinic can use as evidence for PHIPA and PIPEDA obligations, and HIPAA where relevant. The clinic remains the accountable party; the reports are supporting evidence, not a certification.

That is the whole promise: the AI fixes it, a human expert validates it, and your clinic never notices.
