Health Core Security

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1. The Services
Health Core Security provides managed cybersecurity services as described on our Site. Our Services are delivered using a powerful infrastructure hosted on AWS Canada and leverage advanced technologies from our partners, including CrowdStrike, Vijilan, and Cribl. Our capabilities include, but are not limited to, advanced Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR/XDR), Cloud Security Posture Management, and Identity Threat Protection.
2. Subscriptions and Payment
Services are billed on a subscription basis. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled.
3. Limitation of Liability
Cybersecurity is a matter of shared responsibility. Our Services are designed to significantly reduce the risk of a successful cyberattack but cannot eliminate it entirely. Health Core Security implements commercially reasonable and industry-standard security measures, as validated by our SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certifications.
However, we are not liable for any security breaches, data loss, or other damages to the extent they are caused by:
- The actions or inactions of the client, its employees, or its agents.
- The failure of third-party products or services not provided by us.
- Novel or zero-day threats for which no industry counter-measure is yet available.
In no event shall Health Core Security be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
